Isabella Clark is a Director at AlphaSkill, where she leads the firm’s Technology Practice. She brings over a decade of executive search experience, with a focus on appointing senior leaders across executive and non-executive roles into private equity-backed technology businesses across Europe.

Before joining AlphaSkill, Isabella spent five years in the Netherlands. She worked in the Global Technology and Services Practice at Heidrick and Struggles, before joining Adyen, the high growth listed B2B payments platform, where she played a key role in scaling the global leadership team.

She holds a degree in History of Art from the University of York.
